I believe that in an age of horribly overpriced software (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) you do a huge service in offering reasonably priced access to that same software. I found the experience completely professional. Descriptions of the product we quite adequate and the FAQs answered all the questions I had before placing the order. Pleasing the order was easier than 90% of the online purchases that I have made and within 1 minute of submission of payment information I had the download information in my Inbox. Within 3 or 4 minutes the download (several GB) had completed and I was unzipping the files in preparation for installation. Instructions for download and installation were clear concise and correct. The installation went just as shown in the Video and the software came up just as it should have. I recommended it to a colleague and I'm going to buy more software from you.
