Actually I think I did contact support but that was because I was too impatient with my button clicking. Now have 2010 Pro on my computer, only used Word and Excel so far but it looks good. Got a bit daunted by the download and install instructions initially but followed them and everything worked out well.

This is my second time that i bought software from soft-store, and it'll not be the last... excellent software, excellent customer support...

Everything worked as said. Just got to follow the instructions and it works! The installation was the best help! Definitely will use this company again!

I like the fact that I could immediately download and receive my serial number. The download instructions were also very helpful.
